Lofty is proud to welcome The Wire to its growing stable of world-class programming.
The Wire is a daily current affairs program, broadcast exclusively on Community and Indigenous radio stations around Australia. Since 2004, The Wire has prided itself on covering news and current affairs from a different perspective to other major media outlets.
Produced in collaboration by three of Australia’s leading progressive community broadcasters – Radio Adelaide, 2SER Sydney and 4EB Brisbane, The Wire is Australia’s flagship national program for the community radio sector.
The Wire airs on Lofty 5 days per week: via 88.9 FM Monday and Tuesday, and online every weekday. Latest stories from The Wire can be found below.
