The Lofty Community Media AGM will be held on Thursday, October 17, 2024, starting at 7 p.m. at 3 Allargue Street in Nairne.

1. Please NOMINATE for board positions via return email.
   1. Note:- Paragraph 26, pg12, in the Constitution, describes the process for the election of Board Members; however, please note that all nominations must be delivered to the Secretary at least seven (7) days prior to the AGM
2. Please also see the attached  PROXY form if you cannot attend.
3. Please note that several board positions are vacant (refer to the AGM 2024 AGENDA for positions vacant and the nomination process), and your input is needed now more than ever on the board and in subcommittees.
   1. The typical board roles described by the CBAA Governance program, such as Chairperson, Treasurer, Secretary, and Board member duties, are attached.
4. Please also read the Lofty Constitution and be familiar with the rules.
